Billing Verification
To protect against fraud, all orders must pass a verification check. Ensure that:
- Your billing address matches the address on file with your bank.
- The CVV code and expiration date are entered correctly.
- You have sufficient funds available.
If verification fails, we may cancel the order and notify you via email. You are welcome to reorder with corrected information.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in USD ($) . We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, once you have completed checkout, the price is locked and will not be adjusted.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws.
Subscription Billing
For subscription products (e.g., monthly supplement deliveries):
- Recurring Charges: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the interval selected (monthly, quarterly).
- Modifications: You may update your payment method, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Grace Period: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge for 3 days. If payment is not successful, your subscription will be paused, and we will notify you.
Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation. This receipt includes your order number and a summary of items purchased. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm your order status.
