We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days.
- Prescription/Subscription Orders: Processed within 24 hours to ensure you never miss a dose.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays, processing may extend to 3-4 business days.

Note: Essential oils and dietary supplements are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During summer, we may use insulated packaging to protect product integrity. During winter, we ship express to prevent freezing.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for carrier systems to update.
Important Handling Notes:
- Signature Required: For orders containing high-value supplements, a signature may be required for delivery to prevent theft.
- Address Verification: We verify all addresses using an automated system. If your address is flagged as invalid, we will contact you for verification, which may delay shipping.
- PO Boxes: Standard shipping to PO Boxes is available via USPS. Expedited shipping to PO Boxes is not available.
